• It shall be open to all the Members of the AIOS doing Eye Clinic / Eye Hospital Administration
• Applicant should send their nominations with biodata and evidence for doing good eye clinic / eye hospital administration
• It shall be awarded once in four years
• The recipient of the award will present his work at the next conference
