- The Award will be given to the best Video film Screened and Selected at the film festival during the Annual Conference of the All India Ophthalmological Society
- The Award is open to all the members of the Society for work done in India
- The Award will be given annually
- In the case of multiple producers / authors the award will be given to the first producer / author who is a member of the Society
- The winner of the award will be required to screen the Video at the next Conference
