Tender Invited for PCO and Accommodation Partner Mid Term Conference, Patna

The All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS) is organizing its 1st Mid Term Conference from 6th January to 8th January 2023 at Samrat Ashok Convention Centre, Patna. In this connection, quotations are invited from reputed service providers for Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) and Accommodation Partner as per the scope of work mentioned in our RFP. Only service providers who have prior experience covering such large-scale events and having experience of working in coordination may please quote. Enclosed, please List of activities undertaken by the PCO and Accommodation Partner.

Tender Opening date, time will be intimated to the bidders in due course.

The finalization of the tender will be the sole discretion of the officers in whose presence the negotiation is done.
